Craft your perfect handroll from a bounty of fresh seasonal seafood, garden greens, signature sauces, and flavour-packed toppings. Elevate your creation with indulgent add-ons like Wagyu, Caviar, or Unagi – because Saturdays are made for rolling your way.
Your platter includes the full, newly elevated Sea Treasure selection featuring Akaebi (Sweet Prawn), Sake (Salmon), Hamachi (Yellowtail), Mekajiki (Swordfish), and Kani with Mentaiko Mayo (Crab). This is paired with the With Love! selection of Furikake, Garlic Chips, and Tenkasu for extra pop and crunch. Round it out with flavour boosters like Sesame Seeds, Scallions, and Togarashi, then finish your roll with your choice of Tosa Soy, Sriracha Mayo, or Yuzu Ponzu.
For freshness and crunch, the Garden toppings keep things bright with Corn, Avocado, Cucumber, Pickled Daikon and Pickled Jalapeño.
For those who want to take things even further, indulge in premium add-ons to elevate your creation from delicious to downright decadent. Enhance your platter with Caviar (S$18++), Aburi Engawa (S$12++), A5 Wagyu Beef (S$14++), or Unagi (S$12++).

- MOGA welcomes all guests for lunch, and transitions to an adult-only venue from 6PM onwards for dinner service.
- A deposit of S$48 per handroll platter is applicable.
- We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 1 day before 12PM noon time prior to reservation day.
- For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to fee of $48++ per handroll platter that will be applied to the credit card on file.
