In Mexico, the best meals are shared. Featuring Torched Chicken Nacho Cheese Meatball, these succulent chicken meatballs are draped in a velvety sofrito and kissed by the flame of a torch. El Chido Basmati Burrito (V) kicks up a notch with Asian-spiced basmati fried rice, filled to the brim with melted mozzarella, coriander, mint, black beans and japalenos.

A crisp, salty tribute to the legendary surf-side stalls of Baja California.
