
On 21 February from 6PM – late, MOGA becomes the epicenter of a rare culinary collision, watch as signature Japanese precision meets the soulful, unfiltered spice of Bombay Daak for a one-night-only event: Mumbai Mayhem.
It’s a high-octane collaboration between three masters of their craft. Chef Niyati Rao (Head Chef, Bombay Daak) known for her multitude dining accolades: The Best Chef Awards 2025, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant, World’s 50 Best, and her tour in a three-Michelin star restaurant in Copenhagen. Yatish (Head Mixologist, Bombay Daak) bring the bold and unhinged spirited pours of Mumbai to MOGA, joining forces with our very own MOGA’s Head Chef, Chef Leon Quek.
The menu travels from Shillong’s smoky hills to Bombay’s bustling streets. Taste the distinct umami of Smoked Pork with Axone, the crunch of The Hot Gram with crispy Pakwan, and our legendary 110% Hydration Maska Bread slathered in green mango butter. Dive into the sweet-heat of Milkmaid Prawns and the comfort of the Daak Rice Plate with chili garlic jam, before cooling down with a collaborative Pandan Custard – a silky Crème Caramel with a Southeast Asian soul.
