Ring in the Chinese New Year with our delectable Madison’s Sunday Bucket, featuring an exclusive Chinese New Year Edition available every Sunday only in February. Enjoy the festive feast with our Southern-style seafood with flavours like our Chilli Crab Sauce, fragrant Ginger and Scallion Sauce, including some other bold new sauce.

We also welcome a prosperous year with our add-on celebratory Yu Sheng Platter at S$48++ (serves 3-4)  or S$98++ (serves 10-11) for a joyful toss to good fortune!

 

Dive into a bountiful spread of Tiger Prawns, Baby Crayfish, Mussels, Lobsters, Corns, Enoki Mushrooms, Tofu Puffs, Broccoli, Black Fungus, Lotus Root and Quail Eggs – tossed in your choice of sauce: the fiery Chilli Crab Sauce or the aromatic Ginger & Scallion Sauce.

Alongside your seafood spread, enjoy five comforting brunch sides designed to hit the spot: Garlic Egg Fried Rice, French Fries with Sambal Aioli, Fried Mantou, Chinese Style Onion Pancake and Hand Smashed Japanese Cucumber Salad. Then, end on a refreshing high with our signature dessert Pandan Coconut Gelato topped with Nata de Coco, the Merlion Flame. Additional brunch sides are available at just S$10++ each!

Plus, indulge in our 2 hour free-flow beverage packages each designed to keep spirits high and glasses full: Package A – Free-Flow Prosecco at S$55++ per guest, or Package B – Free-Flow Champagne at S$68++ per guest. Each package includes Prosecco or Champagne, Lion Brewery draft beers, house wines, and a curated selection of Southern-style cocktails and mocktails. Exclusive Chinese New Year inspired-cocktails such as Mandarin Gin & Tonic and Orange Pop are available at S$12++.
