Experience a vibrant celebration of global craft as Kiyoko’s travels bring the world to MOGA for one night only.

On this chapter of Kiyoko’s Grand Tour, she returns from her travels with new friends and flavours gathered from around the world, bringing them together for one unforgettable night in Singapore.

For one night only, MOGA presents a special 4-hands culinary pop-up bringing together Michelin Guide-recognised Chef Bruno Ferrari and MOGA’s Head Chef Leon Quek. Celebrated for his mastery of authentic Italian cuisine, drawing on the deep-rooted flavours of Abruzzo, and recipient of the prestigious 3 Forchette by Gambero Rosso, Chef Bruno Ferrari joins forces with Chef Leon to create an exclusive menu that bridges Italian culinary tradition with modern Japanese influences — a natural reflection of MOGA’s bold, cross-cultural spirit.

This unique collaboration brings Kiyoko’s journey to life, where Italian gastronomy, Japanese izakaya culture, and Beijing cocktail craftsmanship meet in the heart of Singapore.

Guests can look forward to 10 inventive Italian–Japanese fusion creations, with each dish showcasing premium ingredients supplied by Classic Fine Foods. This collaboration highlights the chefs’ shared commitment to quality produce and refined techniques.

 

Savour the Tonnato Sashimi ($16), featuring thin veal eye round slices paired with tuna toro tonnato cream, capers, and crispy nori crumbs. Indulge in the Prosciutto Miso Carbonara ($24), which blends spaghetti and fresh Japanese egg yolk with white miso and crispy Parma ham.

For a unique main, try the Risotto Matcha Scampi ($30), made with Carnaroli rice, grilled scampi, and a delicate touch of matcha. To finish, enjoy the Tiramisu Yuzu Sake ($12), a playful dessert of savoiardi and mascarpone layered with yuzu syrup and sake-soaked sponge.

 

Continuing her journey, Kiyoko also welcomes the team from TIAO Beijing, the contemporary cocktail bar inspired by traditional Beijing residential life. From 7pm to 11pm, the TIAO team will take over the bar at MOGA with a curated selection of their signature cocktails, showcasing the modern artistry of Beijing’s cocktail culture.

  • MOGA is an adult-only venue (18 years old and above) from 6PM onwards for dinner service and is applicable for this event.
  • A deposit of $20 per person is required.
