Pullman Singapore Hill Street - Luxury hotel - Unexpected Pairings

Inspired by classic card games on historic train journeys, Unexpected Pairings transforms your evening drink order into an exciting adventure. At El Chido, we believe unforgettable moments often arrive unannounced. This playful ritual captures that signature sense of wonder and discovery.

Whether you book in advance or walk in spontaneously, a world of flavour awaits you. Guests engage with a specially curated deck of cards featuring three distinct, fixed pairing options. Each unique option presents a masterfully crafted combination of a signature drink and a bespoke dish. Furthermore, these bold flavour pairings spark lively conversation and connection among friends.

To preserve the authentic thrill of the experience, our pairing options remain fixed. Consequently, substitutions are not permitted for your selected combination. We warmly invite you to fully embrace the surprise and enjoy the journey.

This exclusive experience is available at a flat rate of S$26++. Your ticket includes both your carefully matched drink and your delicious accompanying dish.

Please inform our team of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance, so we can ensure your chance encounter is both safe and enjoyable. Whether you are a regular guest or a first-time visitor, this ritual offers a refreshingly surprising twist to your evening.

The game began on 1 October 2026 at El Chido. Are you ready to play?
