Roman Italian Skyline Brunch

For S$98++ per guest, indulge in a free-flow feast of authentic Roman bites. Taste hot honey truffle woodfired breads and smoky Margherita or Carbonara pizzas. Savour flame-grilled skewers like Medusa Lasagna, Pollo with garlic parmesan, and king prawns with house chilli crunch. Enjoy classic Parmigiana, grilled calamari, and a fresh Panzanella salad bar. Finally, satisfy your sweet tooth with Mini Tiramisu and Kahlúa-infused Crema Martinis. Every pass includes a complimentary welcome Tropicana Spritz on arrival.
