MOGĀ steps into an exciting new chapter under the creative direction of award-winning Bar Manager Ralph Allen Santos. Known for his innovative approach to mixology across global bar cultures, Ralph brings a fresh perspective to our modern Japanese izakaya. Rather than simply recreating traditional styles, this latest menu interprets Japanese culture through a distinct international lens.

At the heart of this brand-new direction lies The Art of Hanko. Inspired by the traditional Japanese personal seal used as a mark of identity, each cocktail on our new menu features an original Hanko artwork. Furthermore, every drink translates a unique story, place, or memory into a visual masterpiece designed for sharing and discovery.
The new cocktail collection features eight imaginative creations priced at S$26++ each.
Threshold blends Roku Gin, hojicha tea, umeshu cordial, and Hikori bitters before house-carbonating the drink tableside. Hanami offers a delicate, floral homage to cherry blossom season featuring Hendrick’s Another Gin, rose wine cordial, white peppercorns, watermelon, and sakura tea soda. Serenity combines Monkey Shoulder, yuzu, genmaicha tea, and strawberry syrup for a smooth, creamy finish. Nagomi pairs Belvedere Vodka with matcha, vanilla liqueur, cacao white liqueur, and cream.

Recall blends Altos Tequila Blanco with cucumber shrub, togarashi, Angostura bitters, and ginger ale. Koi reimagines a Bloody Mary martini by pairing Iichiko Saiten Shochu with tomato, watercress, Cocchi Americano, and house-made citrus bitters. Chance delivers a playful negroni variation featuring Fords Gin, Campari, and dry vermouth clarified with Greek yogurt. Finally, Kushi fat-washes Woodford Reserve Bourbon with shoyu, scallion, and ginger before finishing the drink with a sliver of bakkwa.

Complementing these cocktails, MOGĀ Head Chef Leon Quek introduces a refreshed selection of Japanese-inspired sharing plates. Featuring contemporary techniques and bold local flavours, the menu highlights standout items like the velvety Ankimo x Sunchoke Chips priced at S$18, and the playful Crab Lollipop priced at S$24. Guests can also enjoy the vegan-friendly Charred Cauliflower Fungus priced at S$16, alongside the crowd-pleasing Aburi Salmon Nigiri priced at S$16 and the crispy Corn Kakiage priced at S$16.
Together, these innovative cocktails and shareable plates create a more dynamic MOGĀ experience than ever before. Whether you are a longtime regular or visiting us for the first time, come across the counter and discover our latest chapter.
