Joining us for two nights is Executive Chef Andrew Martin of Fatboy Izakaya — a Bangkok establishment celebrated for its modern interpretation of Japanese izakaya dining, delivering bold and expressive flavours with every dish. Indulge in his Scallop Crudo — Hokkaido Scallop, Umibudo, Shiso, Pink Peppercorn, Nam Jim Sauce — and the decadent Uni Pasta with Spaghetti, Uni (Sea Urchin), Leek, and Lemon Zest.
Alongside him, MOGA’s Head Chef Leon Quek presents a specially curated menu for this exclusive collaboration, including special highlights like the Tokyo Tamago Bomb – Chicken Meatball with molten Egg and Tonkatsu Mayo – and Prawn Tortellini with XO sauce and Ah Hua Kelong mussels.
