Introducing The Sunday Bucket at Madison’s – a brand-new brunch ritual inspired by the bold, messy spirit of a classic Southern seafood boil, served with a flavourful local twist. Crafted for seafood lovers and brunch enthusiasts alike, this is not your typical lazy Sunday meal. Dive into a bold spread of ocean-fresh delights, comforting sides, and a sweet local twist – all in one hearty, joy-sparking bucket.
Dive into a bountiful spread of Tiger Prawns, Baby Crayfish, Clams, Lobster, Corn, Enoki Mushrooms, Tofu Puffs, Broccoli, and Quail Eggs – tossed in your choice of sauce: the fiery Mala Chili Oil & Dry Spice Blend or the creamy Lemon-Garlic Cheese Sauce with Herb Crumb. Think Southern soul with Singapore spice – a delicious combination made for sharing.
Alongside your seafood spread, enjoy five comforting brunch sides designed to hit the spot: Truffle Mac & Cheese, Soft Scrambled Eggs, Asian Slaw with Sesame-Lime Dressing, French Fries with Sambal Aioli, and Grilled Focaccia. Then, end on a refreshing high with our signature dessert, Merlion Flame.
Plus, indulge in our 2 hour free-flow beverage packages each designed to keep spirits high and glasses full: Package A – Free-Flow Prosecco at S$55++ per guest, or Package B – Free-Flow Champagne at S$68++ per guest. Each package includes Prosecco or Champagne, Lion Brewery draft beers, house wines, and a curated selection of Southern-style cocktails and mocktails.
The Sunday Bucket is available every Sunday — at S$68++ for a bucket (serves 2) and S$108++ (serves 4). Prices include a welcome drink, 5 side dishes and dessert, with additional sides available at S$10++ each. - 1st seating starts from 12pm, 2nd seating from 2pm.
- Due to high demand, brunch dining is limited to 90 minutes per reservation.
- Madison’s à la carte all-day menu is unavailable every Sunday from 11am to 5pm during the Sunday Brunch service.
- A deposit of S$20++ per guest is required to secure your reservation.
- Deposits are refundable up until 5 days before the reservation time.
- Guests can make cancellations to their bookings up until 5 days before the reservation time.
- Advance reservation is required, and table is subjected to availability.
