This October, Pullman Singapore Hill Street proudly celebrates International Chefs’ Day with a culinary showcase like no other! For one evening only, our very own team of 7 chefs from across the hotel’s restaurant & bars will step out of their kitchens to present signature creations crafted specially for the event!
Happening on 19 October 2025, from 5PM until late, join us at El Chido, as we celebrate the chefs of Pullman Singapore Hill Street. Come down and support the aspiring culinary minds of our hotel as they step into the spotlight with one-night-only creations that reflect their creativity and passion. Against the stunning backdrop of the Singapore skyline, savour bold flavours and fresh ideas while cheering on the rising talents who shape our culinary future.
The specially curated menu shines a spotlight on the creativity and diverse influences of chefs. Look forward to dishes that blend tradition with innovation – from Chef Putri’s refined take on local Epok-Epok, to Chef Wen Lok’s Braised Pork Taco with Chinese Spices, Chef Clement’s Charcoal-Grilled Grouper, and Chef Wan Ikhwan’s Mackerel Otah with Fiddlehead Fern. Bold, cross-cultural creations like Chef Shantini’s Rogan Josh Naan Tacos and Chef Wan Syakirin’s Angus Ribeye with Shoyu both skill and imagination, while Chef Carmen rounds off the evening with a light and elegant Purple Sweet Potato Mango Chiffon. Each dish tells a story, reflecting the passion and individuality of the chefs who crafted them.
For just $25++ per person, enjoy one chef’s signature dish of your choice, a refreshing welcome drink on arrival, and access to the rooftop poolside space with skyline views. And if one isn’t enough, explore the full line-up all night long with à la carte dishes and drinks at $12++ each.
