A New Era of American Food

At Madison’s, we blend the soulful charm of a New York deli with the vibrant energy of Pullman Singapore Hill Street. From 16 March, discover a refreshed menu that pays tribute to modern hospitality and the iconic Pullman Porter.

Dive into our American Chilled Potato and Tuna Tataki Salad with zesty Dijon-garlic dressing, or savour the Pan-Seared Red Sea Bream served over a warm, spicy miso-lentil stew.

Our signature handhelds have levelled up. Experience the fusion of our House-made Asian Braised Pork Belly Burger with its melt-in-your-mouth textures and grilled pineapple, the indulgence of the Shrimp & Crab Roll in a velvety béchamel, or the refined Madison’s Beef Burger — now complemented by sharp cheddar and a crunchy kimchi slaw.

NEW: Hand-Stretched Pizza

Pizza is now a menu staple, each featuring hand-stretched crust perfect for sharing. Choose from the bold Asian “Buffalo” Chicken Pizza with its savoury hoisin glaze, to the classic Seafood Marinara and Margherita Pizza, ending with the indulgent 5 Cheese & Truffle topped with decadent truffle cream & gruyere. Every slice is a celebration of artisanal flavour.

End your meal with our new dessert trio: velvety Burnt Cheesecake for a rich, caramelized finish, comforting Nutella Banana Crumble featuring a perfect blend of hazelnut and fruit, or vibrant Carrot & Orange Cake, a refreshing citrus-infused twist on a classic favourite. The perfect way to recharge and get back to business!

Elevate your experience with seasonal “Porter’s Choice” wines, hand-picked for the adventurous palate. The curated selection begins with vibrant White Wine like the elegant, floral Saint-Véran Chardonnay. Our Red Wine selection features bold, characterful pours such as Catena Malbec known for its rich cocoa and spice. Indulge in a gentle sweet finish with Moscato d’Asti ‘Nivole’ celebrated for its delicate peach blossom and refreshing citrus zest.
