Every Sunday beginning 12 April 2026, Madison’s Wok Up Sunday Brunch introduces bold new local flavours, now tossed in an artisanal wok to infuse the signature seafood experience with deep smoky aromas and a refreshed local flair. This sizzling update centers on a curated medley of premium sea treasures paired with new signature sauces, complemented by an upgraded selection of free-flow sides, seasonal greens, and decadent dessert. Designed for a dynamic and shareable experience, this locally inspired brunch offers a sophisticated yet casual setting that celebrates the vibrant charm of Singapore’s culinary heritage.

Madison’s Wok Up Sunday Brunch creates a complete locally inspired seafood affair starting from just S$68++ (serves 2 guests), S$108++ (serves 3 – 4 guests).

Dive into a bountiful spread of Tiger Prawns, Squids, Baby Crayfish, Mussels, Slipper Lobster, Tri-Colour Capsicum, Garlic Shoot, Onion, King Oyster Mushroom, Cauliflower and Broccoli – tossed in your choice of local sauce, our Aromatic Black Pepper or Creamy Salted Egg sauce 

Alongside your seafood spread, enjoy three free-flow comforting brunch sides designed to hit the spot: Golden Mini Mantou, Mala French Fries, Baby Romaine and Corn Salad with Sesame Lime Dressing. Then, end on a refreshing high with our signature dessert Pandan Coconut Toast!

Plus, indulge in our 2 hour free-flow beverage packages each designed to keep spirits high and glasses full: Package A – Free-Flow Prosecco at S$55++ per guest, or Package B – Free-Flow Champagne at S$68++ per guest. Each package includes Prosecco or Champagne, Lion Brewery Draft Beers, House Wines, and a curated selection of Southern-style cocktails and mocktails.

Prefer to keep things casual? Keep it simple and order by the glass: enjoy a selection of creative concocted cocktails of “Wine Me Up!” passionfruit spritzer for a crisp afternoon lift or the refreshing “Beer Pressure” lychee lager at S$18++ per glass, a selection of House Pour Wines, Sparkling, and Beer at S$12++ per glass, or our curated Non-Alcoholic Mixes at S$10++ per glass!

Available every Sunday starting from 12 April, Wok Up Sunday Seafood Brunch is priced at S$68++ for 2 guests and S$98++ for groups of three to four guests.

  • Due to high demand, brunch dining is limited to 90 minutes per reservation.
  • Madison’s à la carte all-day menu is unavailable every Sunday from 11am to 5pm during the Sunday Brunch service.
  • A deposit of S$20++ per guest is required to secure your reservation.
  • Deposits are refundable up until 5 days before the reservation time.
  • Guests can make cancellations to their bookings up until 5 days before the reservation time.
