The evening begins with The M’s Salad Bowl, a vibrant sharing dish of Asian shredded vegetables, pickled red onion, Japanese cucumber, chickpeas, fresh avocado, cherry tomatoes, boiled brown rice, corn kernels, coriander, mint, quail eggs, edamame beans and strawberries, finished with golden croutons and a sesame-lime vinaigrette.

The experience continues with a generous Surf & Turf selection, featuring bone-in halibut steak, garlic and chilli oil sautéed tiger prawns, oven-roasted half spring chicken and Black Angus beef striploin, served for sharing at the table.

A selection of sides accompanies the mains, including grilled kimchi, roasted baby potatoes and steamed summer vegetables drizzled with garlic and shallot oil, alongside classic sauces such as Dijon mustard, homemade tartare sauce and a rich red wine sauce.

To conclude, indulge in the Dessert Affair, a dessert designed for two —Croffle served with brown butter maple cheese gelato, candied pecans and strawberry soup, offering a sweet and indulgent finale to the evening.
