Continue with your second course, choosing between a savoury Chicken Liver and Leek Tart with fig jam and bacon, or a velvety Parsnip Soup infused with chive and truffle oil.

For the main event, savour the Noel Turkey Stack layered with pulled turkey, mulled berry jam, and chestnut celeriac remoulade, or indulge in a perfectly seared Black Angus Ribeye served with red wine sauce. Vegetarian diners can delight in the Roasted Cauliflower, elevated with smoked paprika and warm blue cheese sauce.

End on a sweet note with a decadent Baba Au Rhum, paired with whipped vanilla cream and cinnamon crumble — a dessert that captures the essence of the season.
