The Seafood Bucket at Madison’s is officially launching on 26 July 2026. Inspired by the bold, messy spirit of a classic Southern seafood boil, we are bringing back your favourite Sunday brunch with fiery new flavours. Ultimately, it is the perfect excuse to gather your crew, roll up your sleeves, and dig in.

To begin your feast, dive into a bountiful, ocean-fresh bucket. It is packed with premium highlights like Giant River Prawns, Slipper Lobster, and Half Shell Mussels. In addition, you can customise your experience by choosing between two brand-new, crave-worthy sauces. For a rich, sweet, and spicy kick, opt for the Tteokbokki Sauce. Alternatively, choose the Lemon & Garlic Clam Sauce for a bright, savoury, and buttery finish.

Alongside your seafood, enjoy a variety of comforting brunch sides. These include Szechuan Pepper Fries, Fried Mantou, and Chinese Style Onion Pancakes. Finally, end on a high note with our signature dessert, Merlion Flame, featuring a locally-inspired Baked Alaska.

Pricing & Details

The Seafood Bucket is available every Sunday starting 26 July 2026. A bucket for two guests is priced at S$68++. Meanwhile, a larger portion that comfortably serves four to five guests is available at S$108++. More importantly, these prices already include five side dishes and your dessert.

Furthermore, you can personalise your feast with additional seafood items available at S$12++ each, or add extra brunch sides for S$10++ each. Because spaces are strictly limited for this ultimate interactive dining experience, we highly recommend securing your table today.
