Flexible Access & Day Pass Rates

To accommodate your working style, we offer highly flexible access options available by the hour, for a half-day sprint, or as a full-day immersive session. For public guests, rates are set at S$12 nett per hour, S$39 nett for a four-hour half-day pass, and S$79 nett for an eight-hour full-day pass. In-house guests can enjoy preferred pricing at S$10 nett per hour, S$35 nett for a half-day pass, and S$70 nett for a full-day pass.

Hourly & Half-Day Perks

Choosing the hourly or half-day pass grants you seamless connectivity within our premium co-working space, complete with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, power charging stations, stationery essentials, and free-flow coffee and tea. You also receive complimentary parking for up to two hours and exclusive access to the rooftop infinity pool at El Chido to clear your mind between projects.

The Full-Day Immersive Experience

For the ultimate workspace experience, the full-day pass elevates your routine with access to our Power Fitness gym, four hours of complimentary parking, and a fully catered dining experience. This includes morning pastries (8 AM – 11 AM), a premium lunch bento box (12 PM – 3 PM) featuring choices like Wagyu Beef, Unagi, or Roasted Mushrooms, and a complimentary cocktail or mocktail of the day (12 PM – 5 PM). Hourly and half-day pass holders can also add on the bento experience for S$28++.

Meeting Tools & Premium Add-Ons

To support your presentations and meetings, we offer premium a la carte add-ons including visual tools like a flip chart (S$30++/hr) or whiteboard (S$40++/hr), and media tech such as a TV screen (S$250++/hr), projector (S$500++/hr), or full audio setup (S$100++/hr). Printing is complimentary for your first five pages, and priced at S$0.50 for greyscale or S$1.00 for colour thereafter. Mints are also available for S$2++.
